1. Terms of Service
1. 1. This document sets out the terms of service provided by SADOCS Navigate (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number: 2021/919464/07 situated at Penthouse Suite 10th Floor, 74 Short Market Street, Cape Town 12 Wingate Crescent, Sunningdale, Cape Town, South Africa (“SADOCS“) pertaining to the access and use of the Private Practice Startup Assistance services.
1.2. By submitting a request for these Services, you (the “Client”) agree to the Terms of Service as set out below.
2. Service Overview
2.1. The service(s) offered by SAdocs to the Client consists of one (1), or both, of the following, as requested by the Client:
2.1.1. Assistance with registering the healthcare practitioner with the Board of Healthcare Funders (“BHF”) for a Practice Code Numbering System (“PCNS”) number, and/or
2.1.2. Assistance with registering the Client’s medical practice with various medical aids currently registered with the Council of Medical Schemes in South Africa. Please see Appendix A for the list of medical aids that SAdocs will assist the Client to register with.
3. Limitation of Liability
SAdocs shall make all reasonable efforts to facilitate the registration process(es) outlined in section 2. However, SAdocs shall not be held liable in the event of a failed registration with any medical aid or the BHF. The success of the registration process is dependent on various factors, including the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Client.
4. Client’s Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide only true and accurate information to SAdocs during the chosen registration process. The Client acknowledges that providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in negative consequences, including the rejection of the registration by the selected entities. SAdocs is indemnified of any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information by the Client.
5. Payment
All payments are payable upfront upon receipt of the invoice. Each of the respective Service fees are as stipulated on our Website or communicated via email.
5.1. Regarding assistance with BHF registration for a PCNS number: the Service fee excludes the application fee required by BHF.
5.2. Regarding assistance with medical aid registrations: the Service fee includes all printing, telephonic, and courier costs that might be incurred.
6. Termination
This Agreement and any relationship between SAdocs and the Client will automatically terminate upon the completion of the selected registration(s) as agreed upon initially.
In the event that earlier termination of the Agreement is requested:
6.1. If the Agreement is terminated by the Client, the fees paid to SAdocs are non-refundable.
6.2. If the Agreement is terminated by SAdocs, the service fee(s) will be refunded in full for the service(s) not yet completed.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
